Larger Accommodation

Here at The Bunnery we are always keen to give our guests as much leg room as possible so have a selection of larger houses available. All these houses are set up with comfort in mind and have plenty of bedding, litter trays and other enrichment included.

Depending on availability the guests in our larger houses will also have use of the garden runs and have some grass time. However this does depend on how busy the hotel is as the guests in the main hotel will have priority.

Barbara’s House

Barbara’s House is perfect for giant breeds of rabbit or a larger group of buns. It has a living area, a separate bedroom area and the added bonus of an attached run via a 2 metre tunnel.

Barbara’s House is placed at the back of the garden under some small trees that provide shelter from the weather and shade from the sun.

Little Fir Tree Cottage

Little Fir Tree Cottage is a lovely house that provides our guests with extra space making it perfect for larger bunnies, a larger group of buns or a larger herd of Guinea pigs. It has a living area and a separate bedroom space which is always stuffed with lots of hay and bedding.

Little Fir Tree Cottage is placed in our open barn (under a roof) so has the added bonus of a secure exercise area whilst being sheltered from the wind and rain. This means our guests get to have supervised outside time even in terrible weather.

(Please note our barn area is also shared with The Playhouse so guests will share their outside time and take in turns)

The Playhouse

The Playhouse is a cosy but spacious house suitable for bunnies and piggies. The Playhouse has a secure run attached and an inside area full of bedding. Again, this house is in our open barn so is protected from the weather.

This house also has the bonus of the exercise area which is shared with Little Fir Tree Cottage and available under supervision.

The Burrow

The Burrow is a very posh house, boasting an insulated bedroom, a spacious living area and a balcony level for exploring. This house is suitable for bunnies that like to use ramps, jump through holes and sit up high. It’s placed in the garden and sheltered from the weather and has plenty of shade in the summer.
