Only rabbits that have been vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic Disease 1 & 2 will be able to board with us. Proof of this certificate must be shown when booking or dropping off your pet. Unfortunately we will not accept your pet without this for the safety of your pet and our other residents.
Please fill out our booking form with your contact details and your pets details. It’s important to bring enough of your pet’s usual dried food for the duration of their stay. Any change to your pets regular dried food can be detrimental to their health. Fresh fruit, vegetables, water and high-quality hay will be provided daily by us, as well as some tasty treats.
Your pet will be separated from our other residents during their stay unless they are a bonded pair/trio/herd. Your pet will be stroked, groomed & checked regularly.
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required when booking. This will be deducted from the final bill. The remaining payment must be paid in full on arrival day or pick up day.
We accept cash, card payments and bank transfer.
If you would like to collect your pet earlier than the agreed date, you will still need to pay the full balance for your pets stay.
In the unfortunate event your pet becomes ill during their stay with us we will seek advice from our local vet. Any treatment or medication as a result of this will be charged to you. Any medication required will be given to your pet immediately.
We will not be held responsible for ANY illnesses incurred by your pet during their stay with us.
In the unlikely event that your pet passes away during their stay with us, you will be notified as soon as possible so arrangements can be made. If you would like us to make these arrangements for you with our local vets, all costs will be charged to you. We will not be held liable if your pet becomes ill or passes away whilst staying with us.
If your pet is not collected 7 days after the agreed pick up date, we reserve the right to re-home your pet.
Please arrange all viewings, drop offs and pick ups with us prior to attending The Bunnery. When dropping off your pet please provide a suitable pet carrier.
Your pet will be checked on arrival to make sure they are in a healthy condition for their stay, if a full groom is required, for example heavy soiling, this cost will be added to the final balance. If this is refused then your pet will not be permitted to stay at The Bunnery and the booking cancelled. If your pets claws are in need of a trim which could cause injury to our staff when handling, this will also be charged.
All pets are left entirely at owners’ risk.
We may photograph your pet for our website.
You will be asked to sign these T&Cs when dropping off your pet. This confirms your understanding of the above.
